Life Groups

One of our values at Quest is to build relationships. We believe it is important for everyone to discover a place where they can connect and grow. We were never created to "do life" alone and Life Groups exist for individuals to build community, which is an important part of maintaining a healthy Christian walk.

Life Groups are also a place to deepen our relationship with Jesus through Bible study, prayer and service. See list of groups available below.

    What Hit You?  Let's discuss what you thought of this past weekend's message as we dig deeper into it. What impacted you? What questions did it raise for you? How can you apply what you learned this weekend and how is God moving in you after hearing it? This group will be offered on Monday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.

This series was written for men who want to live with purpose, have transformed hearts and make an impact in the world for Christ. We will meet in person but also have a laptop set up so guys can Zoom in and still be a part of our time together.

    Spiritual Disciplines: Workout for the Soul Spiritual disciplines include activities of biblical study, scripture memorization, journaling, self-examination, solitude, prayer, fasting and serving. We will cover why these disciplines are important and challenge each other to practice each discipline in a supportive environment.

    Worship Yoga Worship Yoga is meditating on God's Word and His presence through Scripture and contemporary worship music while doing various Yoga activities. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with yoga, all are welcome and are sure to enjoy our time together!
