  • Bill Walker

    Lead pastor

    Bill is the lead teaching pastor and provides visionary leadership at Quest. Bill and his family moved to Bellefontaine in August 2006 to start Quest Community Church. A former teacher, football/wrestling coach, assistant middle school principal and Christian school K-8 grade principal, Bill was called by God to become a pastor in 2002. He attended Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY, and received his Master of Divinity in 2006. Bill is married to Mary. They have one daughter, Andrea, She and her husband, Ben, have one daughter. Their son, Christopher, is in heaven. Bill enjoys fishing, golfing and watching college and Bengals football.

    executive pastor

    Mary is married to Bill. She oversees children's and family life ministries, missions, care team and communications as well as financial, HR and business operations for Quest. She is an ordained deacon in the Church of the Nazarene. Mary received her B.S. in business/ marketing from Indiana University and a MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Their daughter and her family lives in Greenwood, IN. Mary serves on the boards of Camp Cotubic, Victoria's Children Foundation and Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Services Board of Logan & Champaign Counties. She enjoys reading traveling and gardening.  


  • kirk scott

    connections & discipleship pastor

    Kirk's job is to help people move from visiting to belonging to growing through connecting and discipleship ministries. He grew up on a farm near Milford Center Ohio. After graduating from OSU, Kirk began his 25 year career with Farm Credit. In 2015, he was called to join the staff at Quest. He is taking classes through the Course of Study which leads to ordination into the Church of the Nazarene. Kirk and his wife Pam have two adult children, He has an adult daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Zach and a son, Aaron. Kirk continues to be involved in the family farm and also enjoys snow skiing, hiking, running, and cheering on the Buckeyes! connect@questchurchonline.com.

  • Adrian Calhoun

    Student ministry Pastor

    Adrian began his role as the Youth Pastor at Quest in December of 2018. He graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2014 with an Undergraduate degree in Religious Studies and in 2016 from the Master's of Pastoral Ministry Program. He married his wife, Elizabeth, in June of 2016. Previously, Adrian served as Lead Pastor in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for three years. He is passionate about students and seeing them come to their own faith in Jesus Christ. Adrian is a huge sports fan, especially of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoys video games, movies, hunting, fishing, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.


  • Jessica Dolan

    Digital & Children's Pastor

    Jessica is the Children & Family Ministry Director at Quest. Jessica and her husband, Paul, live in West Liberty. They have two young children, Caleb and Emma. Paul and Jessica have attended Quest since January 2012. They were called to be a part of the Indian Lake Quest Campus plant team in 2015 and served there until 2017. Jessica has an Associate degree in Broadcast Communication. She is also taking classes through the Course of Study which leads to ordination in the Church of the Nazarene.   • tom bender

    worship & Creative arts director

    Tom leads the worship team at Quest. He has been actively involved with worship leading since the mid 90's and has had the privilege of experiencing the richness of traditional hymn worship and modern contemporary worship. Tom, his wife Deedee and their children moved from western Maryland to Urbana, Ohio in 2005 to begin a new season of ministry as part of a local church planting team, leading worship as well as other responsibilities. They have attended Quest since March 2014. Tom enjoys leading worship and playing guitar, but when he is not doing that, he finds himself coaching soccer for one of his kids teams, golfing, hunting, running, or just laughing and hanging out with his 12 children. worship@questchurchonline.com

  • April Jenkins

    Administrative assistant

    April handles the daily administrative functions of the church, including scheduling, creating and printing the bulletins, record keeping and various other office tasks. April and her husband, Travis, live in Bellefontaine and have been married for nearly 20 years. They have three children: Garrett, Harleigh and Madylin. Travis and April have attended Quest since August 2013. April earned her associate degree in Business Management from Clark State Community College in 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids in their various activities, spending time with family, working on Pinterest projects, photography and reading. info@questchurchonline.com

  • pam duff

    ministry assistant

    Pam assists with special events, ministry projects and discipleship activities. She also serves as coordinator for Women's Ministries and Reach Out. Pam and her husband, Jim, live in West Liberty. They've been married 27 years and have three adult children, three grandchildren and an infant daughter, Dani Marie, in heaven. Jim and Pam have been attending Quest since January 2012. Pam retired from Honda Auto Plant in 1995 to become a homemaker and stay-at-home mom. She enjoys taking care of her family and friends, cooking, baking and reading. ministry@questchurchonline.com

  • Crystal Burgel

    cleaning coordinator

    Crystal and her husband, Shane, live in Cable. They have three children, Kylie, Kerrigan and Brock. They are a foster family so they usually have one or two other children in their family as well. Shane and Crystal have attended Quest since June 2014. Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree in education (K-8) from Mount Vernon Nazarene College and her Master’s Degree in Education from Wright State University. She taught Kindergarten for 6 years before moving to part time work to be able to stay home with their children. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and spending time outdoors.
